How can I book a unit in the project?
You can book through our Sales Center by contacting our sales team directly, or via the Sakani Platform. Your information will then be transferred to our Call Center for follow-up and completion of the booking process.
Is there a penalty for project delivery delays?
The beneficiary will be compensated 7% of the unit’s value in the event of a delay in unit delivery, provided that the beneficiary commits to paying the financial payments due to the developer on time.

What is the cancellation process after signing the contract?
Cancellation requests are submitted through the customer’s financing institution, subject to approval from both the developer and the financier.
When will the unit be delivered?
Within 36 months from the date of receiving the first payment.
